Resolving Family Disputes

Family mediation for conflicts within families that deserve resolution

Not together at the Christmas dinner for years. Grandchildren who haven't seen their grandparents in a long time. A dispute over the inheritance. These are just a few examples of distressing situations that occur in families. Often, there hasn't been real communication between family members for a (very) long time. Mediation can help re-establish the initial contact and genuinely work towards resolving your dispute. Give yourself and your family the chance to do this under the guidance of a mediator. We are happy to assist you with that.

Our Approach

To guide you as effectively as possible in your mediation process, our mediator follows a fixed step-by-step plan. This way, you know what to expect from a mediation process and how it approximately proceeds. Mediation always starts with an intake. This is an initial meeting where it's especially important to determine if there is a "click" and trust in the mediator. This trust is essential for further cooperation. During the first meeting, you will be informed about the course of a mediation process, and you can ask all your questions without obligation. After this meeting, you can decide together with your family whether you want to proceed with the mediation process. You will then receive more information about the further steps.

Our Costs

Because a family dispute is already unpleasant enough, we understand that you are not looking forward to sky-high rates in an attempt to resolve your family conflict. Therefore, we work as much as possible with fixed packages. If your situation is not suitable for a fixed package, our mediator charges a very competitive hourly rate of €99.00 per hour, excluding 6% office costs and 21% VAT.
