A divorce turns your world upside down. Divorce means much more than "just" no longer living with your partner. Your entire life, and often that of your children, family, and (shared) friends, is drastically affected. What was once certain now becomes uncertain with a divorce. We are here to help you through the uncertain phases of a divorce by starting a mediation process with you and your partner. And because divorce already brings so much uncertainty, we ensure upfront clarity about the cost. We work as much as possible with fixed fees so that, during the mediation, you don’t have to worry about costs and can fully focus on the divorce mediation.
Our Approach
To guide you as effectively as possible through your (marital) separation, our divorce mediator follows a set process. This way, you know in advance what to expect from divorce mediation and how the process will unfold. Curious about our approach? Download our brochure on divorce mediation.
Our Packages
We offer various mediation packages, depending on your specific situation. For example, if you don’t have children, a parenting plan won’t be necessary. Conversely, if you do have children, creating a parenting plan is mandatory. Our (comprehensive) packages reflect these distinctions. You can find more detailed information on the costs of divorce mediation in our brochure.
