Mediation: The Alternative Form of Dispute Resolution
Disputes can be approached in various ways. Depending on the approach, a dispute can either escalate further or be de-escalated. Our mediator focuses on the latter. Taking a dispute to court for a judgment can always be a final option. However, it’s not the same as actively discussing the issue. Legal interests and strategies often prevent the recognition and resolution of the underlying problem.
As a business owner, would you prefer to take control of your dispute? Then choose mediation. Whatever the nature or form of the conflict, if all involved parties are willing to engage in dialogue, a mediation process always has a chance of success.
