For both businesses and individuals, we collect across the Netherlands and even internationally. Our approach is fast, targeted, and respectful towards your customer. After all, the goal is to ensure your claim is paid without straining your customer relationship. Wolderwijd Incasso is the right choice for this. We initiate a collection process that ensures you maintain a good relationship with your customer.

Another great advantage of Wolderwijd Incasso is that our approach costs you nothing. We operate on a 'no cure no pay' basis, which simply means that we recover the entire out-of-court collection process from the debtor. If no payment is made (in the case of bankruptcy, for example), our approach costs you nothing. This is why many choose Wolderwijd Incasso for their debt collection needs.

Collection with Customer Retention

Starting a collection process against your customer while maintaining a good relationship may seem contradictory. However, we believe it is certainly possible. All circumstances of the case must be reviewed and weighed to assess whether and to what extent maintaining your customer relationship is desirable. The debtor's attitude, the outstanding amount, and the nature of the agreement all play a role in answering that question.

Your Wishes Determine Our Strategy

If you desire, we will do everything possible to keep a good relationship with your customer. We approach your customer in a targeted, respectful manner and will also look into the story behind the non-payment. Often, the debtor has a valid reason for the delay in payment. However, this does not change the fact that payment must be made. Using all our (communication) tools, Wolderwijd Incasso’s goal is to reach an agreement with your customer, preferably without court intervention.

Unfortunately, a mutual settlement cannot always be reached. However, Wolderwijd Incasso does not stop there. We may conclude that maintaining your customer relationship is no longer a priority and that collecting your claim takes precedence. The switch from an amicable process to a collection process, including the possibility of initiating legal proceedings, will then be made swiftly.
